How I work
I start with the story, then make it look inevitable.
The same six steps, whether it is a seed deck or a product screen. It is how 2,700 projects stayed on time.
- Read everythingThe brief, the old deck, the numbers. Then one question: what does this audience need to believe?
- Find the one lineEvery deck gets a sentence it has to land. Every slide after that earns its place by serving it.
- Structure before styleSlide titles that read as the story on their own. If the outline works, the design will.
- Design in systemsOne grid, one type scale, one palette, on every slide. Consistency reads as confidence.
- Rehearse itI present it back to you. If a slide needs explaining, it gets fixed, not explained.
- Hand off cleanEditable files, named layers, a master template. You can keep going without me.
